What You'll Do:
  • Help residents with daily activities like grooming, taking meds, and more.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, getting to know them while providing empathetic care.
  • Join in on fun recreational activities, events, and outings, making the community a lively place to be.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Keep things clean, safe, and hygienic---creating a comfy space for all.
What You Bring:
  • A kind-hearted, patient, and sympathetic nature---our residents will love you!
  • You're a great communicator and love chatting with people from all walks of life.
  • You're a fantastic team player and happy to pitch in wherever needed.
  • high school diploma or equivalent is required, but if you have a CNA certification, you're totally crushing it.
  • Experience in senior living or healthcare is a bonus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
