Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Starting wage for LPN: 26.00 -- 28.00 an hour with a 2000.00 sign on bonus.

• Mon-Fri work week from 3p to 11p with weekends off and paid holidays off.

• Rotating on-call schedule.
