Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Rate: $18.50 an hour

2nd shift - 4 pm to 12 am (Monday thru Friday)

3rd shift - 12 am to 8 am (Monday thru Friday)

• Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials using appropriate techniques.

• Utilize various welding devices to ensure high-quality work.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Contribute innovative ideas to improve welding processes and techniques.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of MIG and TIG welding experience.

• High School diploma or GED.

• Technical know-how in welding techniques and equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
