Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our night shift operation. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance and engineering activities on the plant site, providing technical support to the maintenance team and developing/implementing continuous improvement opportunities for our equipment and practices. Your role will also involve supporting the implementation of preventive maintenance programs and controlling expenditures related to equipment, spare parts, and consumable items. You will be expected to train and supervise the maintenance staff, ensuring a safe and reliable maintenance program at the lowest possible cost. Your main focus will be to maximize production time, minimize upkeep costs and drive costs out of the manufacturing process.

Job Type

This is a direct hire position in a leadership role.

Work Site

This is a hands on supervision position that will require both troubleshooting of equipment and management of employees. This is a rotating shift position (7pm-7am) where you only work 7 out of 14 total days. You get a minimum of 3 days off per week.

Work Environment

This is an industrial bakery where we produce cakes, muffins, and croissants in a climate-controlled, 650 person facility. The maintenance team is composed of 15 total people, including 3 Supervisors and 4 leads. Candidates will be required to wear a hair and beard net. We are currently in a phase of expansion, with plans to add more production lines in the future.
