The Kelly Group is seeking a Construction Foremen/General Foremen for work in Memphis, Tennessee, and the surrounding area.

This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:

• Responsible for supervising and directing workers at a job site

• Reads and interpret blueprints, orders materials, oversees construction and demolition, and performs administrative tasks

• Trains and manages crews

Other preferred qualifications sought include:

• Five or more years of industrial construction experience

• Ensures assigned construction operations performance is in compliance with specifications, schedules and budgets

• 30-hour OSHA training and certification

• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to company insurer
