ManpowerGroup Senior Plant Accountant in Marinette, Wisconsin

Our client, a premier manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Plant Accountant to join their team. As a Senior Plant Accountant, you will be part of the accounting department supporting the plant reporting team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Title: Senior Plant Accountant

Location: Marinette, Wisconsin (Hybrid schedule 3 days Onsite/2 days Remote)

Pay Range: $40 - $50 per hour depending on experience

Duration: This is a consulting position with potential to be hired on.

What's the Job?

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Provide budgeting support and costing experience

  • Prepare journal entries and basic accruals for labor/utilities

  • Help with the plant reporting and performance reporting

  • Work on a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing

  • Strong knowledge of SAP or similar accounting software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
