We currently have an opportunity for an Integration Leadat our Marinette, Wisconsin location. POSITION SUMMARY The Integration Lead is a senior-level Manager who has demonstrated experience as a senior level professional, a seasoned individual producer and/or working task leader who applies a comprehensive and in-depth working knowledge of financial/business concepts, contract management, policies, practices, processes and procedures to the management of ship design and construction programs. Successful candidates have examples of successful program or project management where they have worked independently, with minimal guidance of management. Errors at this level can cause significant delay, expense and/or disruption to the organization. The Program Integration Manager also prepares and maintains management control (financial/business planning and scheduling) processes and reporting for complex systems, programs, projects, and/or tasks to determine and maintain the most cost effective method of accomplishing work, identify and mitigate risks, etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Position involves frequent, regular interaction with all levels of FFG\'s operations. Interfaces directly with the Assistant Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Program Manager, Project Engineer, Lead Engineers, Purchasing Manager, Planning Manager, Designers, Drafters, Change Manager and Director of Production. Position may involve frequent, regulate interaction with all levels of FFG\'s operations/senior staff, customers regulatory bodies, and major suppliers. Prepares miscellaneous associated reports, charts and graphs on program, project or contract status and makes presentations to management to keep them apprised. Frequent ship checks and drawing reviews are necessary for the successful completion of job tasks. Have excellent written and verbal skills to interface with all levels of the organization through the attendance of meetings and written memos. Working supervision over other program staff in maintaining the most cost effective method of accomplishing work.
