MOVE Staffing is looking to hire a Laborer. A willing attitude and good attendance are highly valued at this company and becoming an essential part of the team and daily production will also go a long way in advancement over time.

If you have little relevant experience, that is okay because this company is willing to train. 

The company offers a 3-month training period with full hire at end of the training period. $14 per hour base training wages with monthly attendance-based pay of $160. The typical shift is M-F 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, however, we work as needed and overtime may be required.

Typical Offering Once Trainee Period is Complete & Full Hire:

· Entry Position= Production 1 · Base Hourly Rate: $14 minimum · Bi-Weekly Attendance Pay Incentive: $80 every two-weeks minimum (based on attendance) · Assuming proper attendance estimated hourly rate is between $14.50 & $15.00 · Holiday Pay · 40 hours of Paid-Time Off, Additional 8 hours added with each year of service · PTO hours not used are paid as a bonus at beginning of next year · Health Insurance, 100% company-paid contribution for individual insurance premiums · Opportunities for advancement & increased pay overtime. Based on attendance, increasing level of skills, your drive, and your performance. · Two 15-minute breaks and 1 hour for lunch each day.
