Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Create, review, and modify service profiles to improve accuracy of department.

• Complete Action Dispatches with instructions, budgeted shop cost, and quotation language.

• Executetheproposalgeneration for parts sales and completing sales orders.

• Reviseor create adder proposalsbased upon inspectionresultsor in-processwork scope changes.

• Manage the storage / archivingof the proposals andrelated information within TSF system.

• Provideupdateson customerprojects.Serve as liaison betweenoperations and ASM/ISRfor updates regarding deliveries and customer service issues.

• Manage the releaseof allproject scopes and projecthand-offstotheoperationsgroup(s).

• Familiarize with the GG4 & FT4 Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC), becoming proficient in finding, identifying, and recognizing capital and consumable gas turbine inventory items.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

• Strongverbal and writtencommunicationskillswiththe ability to interface withpersonnel fromdiverse backgrounds at all levelsoftheorganization.

• Strongorganizationalskills and the abilityto prioritize andmanagemultiple projects.

• Timemanagementskills.

• Understandingof basic financial concepts.

• Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
