Job Details :

We offer a structured in house training program. No experience required! Having relevant skills is a plus and could qualify you for an advanced role.

Upon completion of training, you will be responsible for:

• Loading machined components into CNC machines.

• Maintaining day-to-day operations of automated production CNC machine cells.

• Following work instructions with attention to detail.

• Using basic inspection gauges to assist inspectors (training provided).

• Troubleshooting tools that are cutting improperly and making necessary changes to correct root causes before tool failure.

• Setting up, running, and inspecting parts throughout the shift while troubleshooting common manufacturing issues.

• Working primarily with Matsuura and Makino Vertical & Horizontal Machining Centers, Saw Cutting, and Wash Systems.

Pay: Competitive pay range based on expertise and tenure.

• Entry Level - $19 - $21 an hour, with a $1 shift premium.

• 4+ years of relevant experience - $19 - $21 an hour, with a $1 shift premium.

• Machinists - $29 an hour Shift Hours:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (2 openings)

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (4 openings; preferred training on days from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM but flexible)

• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (3 openings)
