Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Marana, Arizona

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Marana, Arizona. This role is instrumental in providing support to our business operations, helping to improve our services and acting as a dependable backup when colleagues are unavailable. The Help Desk Analyst will have a strong focus on Microsoft Office365 Administration and hardware troubleshooting skills, with a variety of other technical competencies also required.

Responsibilities:

• Streamlining Microsoft Office365 Administration procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability

• Conducting hardware troubleshooting to resolve issues and minimize downtime

• Utilizing Citrix Technologies to optimize performance and user experience

• Maintaining and updating databases to ensure data accuracy and security

• Operating EO/IR systems as part of the wider technical support framework

• Utilizing Lotus Notes in accordance with company best practices

• Ensuring the smooth operation of Active Directory services

• Troubleshooting and resolving Computer Hardware issues

• Implementing Configuration Management protocols to maintain system stability

• Providing Deskside Support to users, resolving issues promptly and effectively

• Managing Desktop Hardware to ensure optimal performance

• Leveraging O 365 and MS Office 365 skills to support business operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is essential

• Demonstrated experience with database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required

• Proficiency in Lotus Notes is desirable

• Working knowledge of Microsoft products and services is necessary

• Experience with Active Directory is preferred

• Understanding of Computer Hardware is necessary

• Experience in Configuration Management is required

• Must be able to provide Deskside Support

• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware is necessary

• Proficiency in O 365 is required
