Find your place at Pace Join us as a Chemical Regulatory Analyst, where you'll put your love of science to work in the Scientific Insourcing Services department. You'll receive all the training you need to successfully take on your new role and grow an exciting laboratory sciences career at Pace. Candidate will provide information for software support to client. They will also work closely with IT personnel to facilitate smooth functioning of systems. This is a scientific, non-lab role. What you'll do Provide end user support of the Chemical Data Management System (CDMS) to ensure compliance with local, national, and international chemical regulatory systems Work with users to solve system problems and discover technical issues with software using Microsoft Excel and SQLI Query Analyzer - Serve as a liaison between day-to-day users of CDMS and IT personnel Collaborate with IT professionals to address user problems and solve technical issues Work with end users to quantify system performance requirements to ensure compliance with emerging chemical regulations Test new versions of client CDMS software and work closely with IT personnel to facilitate smooth functioning of new versions of CDMS Provide new version roll-out support to end users located around the globe Provide excellent customer service to internal customers through written and verbal communications Monitor project status and reports regularly to client and/or Pace leadership Perform duties at assigned client sites What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics or related science Must be computer literate, understand interfaces, and have experience with Microsoft Excel Knowledge of local, national, and international chemical regulations preferred Additional Information Benefits 80 hrs of paid vacation per year, 7 paid holidays per year, 2 floating holidays per year (prorated based on start date), 40 hrs paid sick time per year, paid bereavement leave (days based on relation to the employee), 8 hrs paid volunteer time per year, medical, dental, vision, voluntary short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary supplemental life insurance, traditional 401k and ROTH 401k with a company match, HSA, FSA, employee referral bonus, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement program, employee recognition program, voluntary ID theft coverage, voluntary legal coverage, voluntary accident insurance, voluntary hospital indemnity insurance, and voluntary critical illness insurance.
