Here, you will make an impact by:Develop, propose, and implement organization designs that meet the needs and strategic priorities of business and functional clientsLead complex and global projects, including scoping project deliverables, identifying measurable outcomes, anticipating and proactively planning change impacts, etc.Create and implement strategies to meet the needs of current and anticipated capability needs within specific BGs and Functions; including partnering with HR Centers of Excellence Subject Matter Experts to determine the most effective way to build or acquire capabilitiesDesign and implement high-impact strategies, initiatives, or processes (e.g., change management plans, retention programs, strategies for workforce shifts, etc.)Lead HR process design or redesign to align to 3M HR operating model and new HR structure (potential, performance, promotion, etc.)Partner with subject matter experts across HRs Centers of Excellence by leading priorities with enterprise-wide impact, aligned to strategic imperatives of 3Ms employee experiencePartner with business clients and the HR M&A team on execution of mergers, acquisitions, and/or divestituresYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)Eight (8) years of Human Resources and/or Project Management experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience leading cross-functional/global project teams or workstreamsAbility to influence at all levels of the organizationStrong communication skills with an ability to distill complex topics into clear and relevant messaging and adjust communication approach based on relevant audienceExperience working with Agile methodologyExperience partnering with clients in designing and implementing organizational designs that meet business objectivesExperience with or demonstrated knowledge of change management, including identifying change impacts, creating and implementing mitigation strategies, and measuring change process/successExperience executing people plans aligned to business strategies (capability planning/advancement, employee engagement, talent management, DEI initiatives, etc.)Diverse experience across multiple HR disciplines (plant, business, COEs, etc.) preferredGlobal HR experience preferredBi-lingual proficiency preferredWork location: Hybrid, St. Paul 3M CampusTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation: Not AuthorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
