Here, you will make an impact by:Direct responsibility for coordination and deployment of our global leadership program focused on behavior and skills of our front-line leaders.Plan and manage training schedules, coordination, and evaluation at a strategic levelPlan, mobilize, and coordinate resources and stakeholders for training delivery and coordinate translation and adaption of training materials to create end to end program experience.Develop a results control system for training and optimization measures and map international reporting.Determine support model for ongoing coaching of front-line leaders as well as standardization methodology.Direct influence on building and enhancing the capabilities of our front-line leadersAdditional opportunity to develop and deploy training and programs focused on topics of leadership and continuous improvement.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in a business, finance, or marketing or Operations discipline from an accredited university AND five (5) years of experience in Instructional Design, Adult Learning/Training, or Learning and Development.ORHigh School Diploma/GED AND (9) nine years of experience in in Instructional Design, Adult Learning/Training, or Learning and Development.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience developing and deploying training programs globally in the topics of leadership or continuous improvement.Experience with adult learning/training including end to end program development, design, and learner profile/analytics skills.Leaner Management System experienceExperience in curating and creating high-impact self-paced learning experiences and activities to apply and reinforce learning.Exceptional facilitation, communication and facilitation skillsOperations experience including coaching and development of front-line supervisors and leadership.Ability to manage complex projects including project management, communication to stakeholders and engagement of the project team to delivery against goalsPrior experience participating in Green Belt Projects and/or Green Belt CertificationWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 25% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
