Electromechanical Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to service 3M license plate manufacturing equipment at correctional facilities nationwide. This position involves up to 60% travel and requires strong expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment.

  • Provide on-site and remote support for license plate manufacturing machinery.

  • Work with electrical systems ranging from 480VAC 3-phase power to small DC voltages.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by collaborating effectively with team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Offer phone support to customers when not traveling.

Qualifications:

  • Formal training in electrical and electronics is required.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in electromechanical systems.

  • Must possess an easy-going, patient personality and a strong commitment to customer service.

  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
