Here, you will make an impact by:Providing billing services and account reconciliation support for Solventum's customers and internal personnelHandling internal and external customer inquiries, claims, complaints; interpreting policies, investigating problems; and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identifying and implementing service solutionsParticipating in relevant corporate programs/initiativesEnsuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned dutiesComplying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standardsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 1 years of Billing and/or Accounting experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 5 years of Billing and/or Accounting experienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Billing Experience in a private, public, government or military environment2 years of PC experience, including experience Microsoft Office productsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Ability to work in a high volume, rapidly changing environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlinesAbility to work in a team environment and collaborate to resolve issues and identify process improvementsAbility to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problemsAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent oral and written communicationGood interpersonal skills; effective communication and listening skillsWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up toRelocation Assistance: NoMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many program to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
