Job Description

Candidates will assist in various areas including trimming, mold operating, and assembly. This role requires the use of hand tools and power drills, operating rotational molding machines, and basic assembly tasks. The position involves standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to trim excess plastic from products.

• Operate power drills to drill holes for assembly.

• Work with a crew on rotational molding machines, including filling with plastic pellets, running the machine, and unloading parts.

• Perform basic assembly of plastic parts using hand and power tools.

• Stand on feet all day, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills

• General production experience.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).

• General labor skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction or similar fields.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, profit sharing that amounts to about 3% of employees' income including overtime, and substantial gift cards for first and second shift contractors once hired on. Work Environment

The work environment can get hot in the summer, but large industrial fans are used to keep temperatures down. It can also be loud due to the molding machines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Lake, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
