The Opportunity
This position works out of our Maple Grove, MN Sylmar, CA or St Paul, MN location in the BTS Business Technology Services division.
The primary focus of this position is to help improve processes and systems by assessing current performance and identifying areas for improvement as well as designing innovative process solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
You will work with stakeholders to set goals, develop data collection practices, and analyze current processes. You will then use findings to create plans for improvement and communicate those plans to stakeholders.
What you'll work on:
Evaluating processes: Conduct gap analyses to determine the difference between current and desired state as well as develop strategies to bridge the gap.
Identifying issues and areas for improvement in current business processes
Recommending changes: Suggesting new systems or procedures to improve the organization.
Analyzing data: Collecting, manipulating, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
Preparing reports: Creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborating: Working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
Projects include but are not limited to:
Assisting with a path forward for technical roadmap standardization across Product Technology, tying budget, roadmaps & capacity together in a more unified and visible way
Optimization of our Service Catalog - which includes service offerings for products, services, and platforms provided by Prod Tech, mapping functional requirements to technical requirements and publishing this externally for our Business partners
Evaluating, designing, and implementing a new Intake Process for BU deliverables
Security leadership metrics reporting
Others as assigned
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager or similar role in an IT function
1-3 years of experience in Medical Device industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience using Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) as well as standard office suite applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with the SDLC

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
