We are seeking a Principal AI Delivery Program Manager to drive the vision and execution of AI and Generative AI initiatives across the organization. In this pivotal role, you will advise teams on AI capabilities and responsible AI practices, connect stakeholders with shared needs, and lead enterprise-level and cross-functional programs. Your work will be instrumental in helping the company leverage AI to achieve business objectives by improving efficiency, accelerating delivery, and ensuring the ethical use of AI systems. Core responsibilities include shaping the AI delivery roadmap, defining priorities, and managing high-impact programs, along with preparing executive-level communications. You will translate complex AI concepts into actionable solutions that create measurable value for the organization. We are seeking a collaborative, innovative individual with a commitment to advancing expertise in AI and Generative AI. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of complex AI programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Develop roadmaps that define use cases, deliverables, and milestones across the enterprise and product lines. Identify common AI use cases across the organization to drive collaboration and maximize solution reuse. Partner with business units to unify efforts, accelerate delivery, and ensure consistent implementation. Develop and promote scalable best practices for AI development and delivery. Document reusable approaches and frameworks for similar use cases. Implement responsible AI practices focused on fairness, accountability, transparency, and compliance. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology teams to ensure adherence to ethical standards. Work with technical teams to build and enhance AI tools, platforms, and reusable components, accelerating delivery while maintaining quality and ethical standards. Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver AI programs. Facilitate communication to address challenges and keep initiatives on track. Define success metrics and KPIs for AI initiatives. Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Present updates to leadership on outcomes and insights. Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure AI programs meet short- and long-term business goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience managing AI, machine learning, or technology programs, including leading enterprise-level AI initiatives from concept to deployment. Proven ability to deliver large-scale AI programs that align with strategic business objectives and drive measurable outcomes. Strong knowledge of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring, as well as ethical and governance considerations in AI systems. Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with both technical teams (e.g., data scientists, machine learning engineers) and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, product managers). Excel ent communication and organizational skills, with a track record of presenting complex AI concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience in AI platform development, including MLOps, AI governance, and scaling AI toolsets across an enterprise. Proven expertise in delivering AI solutions within regulated industries, with a focus on ensuring compliance with complex governance frameworks. Experience advancing enterprise AI strategy by building scalable tools, platforms, and reusable AI components. Deep knowledge of enterprise AI use cases, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics. The expected annualized base pay range this full-time position working at this location will be from $98,200 - $182,700 plusannual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements) and the value of core and optional employee benefits being offered at BSC, which can be reviewed atwww.bscbenefitsconnect.com.At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range.
