Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Job Description

Setup and operate Press Brakes (Accupress and Cincinnati). Work from routings, method layouts, and prints to determine proper forming sequence of the tooling. Select, position, and align tooling in machine ram and bed. Program the controller to set specified pressure of ram and clearance between tools and set stops on machine bed. Comply with the requirements of the ISO Quality Management System and the departmental procedures and work-aids. Perform basic quality inspection using micrometers and calipers. Document in-process inspection data.
