Fairview Health Services Physician - Hematologist/Oncologist in Maple Grove, Minnesota

Practice Description

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center – Maple Grove. Join a group of physicians interested in staying on the cutting edge of their field and participating in quality improvement committees.

Practice details:

  • Join a collaborative group of 7 Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers.

  • Affiliated with the University of Minnesota, our community clinics provide exceptional, patient-centered care along with the ability to enroll patients in leading-edge clinical trials and participates in tumor boards.

  • Openings: 1.0 FTE (flexible schedule) plus shared inpatient rounding responsibilities.

  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship-training program.

  • Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the America Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association

  • Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure

  • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota

  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
