Staffmark Customer Service Representative in Maple Grove, Minnesota

Pro Staff is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a leading company in Maple Grove, MN that provides consultation, support, engineering, and deployment solutions for cold chain distribution challenges. If you're proficient in Microsoft Office and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $20 - $21 per hour As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating and managing customer accounts, processing credit approvals, and completing supplier qualification forms. You'll maintain the sales order management process, ensuring clear communication with both customers and internal operations teams regarding order status. This role involves coordinating the entire order process, from processing customer orders to maintaining accurate records. You will also generate order acknowledgements, confirm delivery dates, and update SAP as needed, while communicating Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN) to customers. Additionally, you'll work closely with internal and external sales teams, as well as other departments, to ensure customer expectations are met. You will also be responsible for creating sales orders, processing manual debit and credit notes, and responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
