Job Description

This position involves working in an R&D area assembling catheters under a microscope, completing sub-assemblies, using small hand tools, documenting, visual inspection, and final packaging of catheters. The role includes short run builds, braiding, running laser machines, and building and inspecting your own assemblies.

Skills/Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in medical device assembly, preferably catheter or very small part assembly.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, performing visual inspections, and operating necessary assembly equipment.

• Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects.

• Ability to read blueprints.

• Willingness to work under a microscope throughout the day.

Work Environment

The facility is modern, clean, and features a large break room with a 'family' feel in the general office space. The position is in a clean room environment, where no makeup or jewelry is permitted. Clean room attire, including masks (not respirators), gloves, hair nets, and smocks, will be worn. Some days may involve up to 50% microscope work. This is a first shift position, with hours from 5 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00
