Job Title: Maintenance Technician

A pizza processing company located in Manteno, IL is looking to add up to 20 new employees to the team!

Seeking candidates that have GMP experience, is comfortable working in a warmer environment, and is seeking a long term opportunity.

Description:

• Candidates will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on all production machinery.

• Candidates will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical repairs on machinery.

• Candidates will be working on applicating machines, conveyors, packaging machinery, presses, box erectors, compressors, pumps, motors, mixers, box makers, and ovens.

• Hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.

• General facility maintenance (plumbing, lighting, painting, etc.).

• Will do electrical maintenance up to 480v 3 phase, replace motors, fuses, sensors, photo eyes, switches, etc.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

• Welding and fabrication when needed.

• Inspect and replace belts, bearings, chains, shafts, gearboxes, etc.

• 2nd and 3rd shift plus OT, will train on 1st shift, usually 48-50 hours a week, plus shift differential once on 2nd or 3rd shift.
