Our client is seeking a Winder Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing, industrial and great attendance which will align successfully in the organization.

This client is willing to train if you have the above skills.

Job Title: Winder Operator

Location: Mansfield, TX

Pay Range: $17.70 an hour

Hours: Mon-Fri 3:30pm-11:30pm

What’s the Job?

• Operate and monitor bobbin winders

• Set up and operate bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately

• String wire through bobbin winders, adjust counter to necessary footage, fill up oil container as needed

• Record the necessary data on WW3 for labeling

• Place finished bobbins on wire table, make wire bobbins according to inventory on wire table

• Keep all bobbin machines operating continuously

• Pull material from warehouse as needed

• Maintain work area in clean and orderly fashion, follow 5S practices

• Know and practice all safety regulations and quality guidelines

• Report production issues to Direct Lead

• Perform work of an equal or lower classification
