Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to become a part of our team located in MANSFIELD, Texas. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer accounts, including applications and inquiries, within our industry. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will also be tasked with maintaining detailed records and taking appropriate action as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications to ensure accuracy

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate

• Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data

• Handle billing processes and ensure all bills are sent out in a timely manner

• Manage Cash Applications and Cash Collections effectively

• Utilize Sage 100 software for various accounting tasks

• Maintain a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures

• Handle Commercial Collections, ensuring all collections are done in a timely and effective manner. Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

• Experience in Billing procedures.

• Knowledge of Cash Applications processes.

• Expertise in Cash Collections.

• Familiarity with Commercial Collections.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Sage 100 accounting software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
