PARK NATIONAL BANK Digital Consumer Lender in Mansfield, Ohio

Description Job Responsibilities Process consumer loan applications through various channels, such as phone call, email, chat, or other digital channels. Provide detailed and thorough explanations about various consumer lending products, terms and conditions, repayment schedule, interest rates, associated fees, and other aspects of the loan, to ensure customer understanding. Coordinate closings in a timely manner through remote opportunities or in-person. Cross-sell products and services when applicable and engage appropriate subject matter experts and lines of business to address consumer needs. Provide support to incoming inquiries, supplemental resources, and engage with customers through digital channels such as chat. Identify appropriate resources and provide consultation to assist customers in achieving their financial goals. Present holistic solutions tailored to individual customer needs, exceeding basic transactional interactions. Perform a wide range of retail banking functions, including processing payments, transfers, account maintenance, account opening, and taking consumer loan applications. Demonstrate understanding of banking procedures, transaction risk, and decision-making. Deliver a consistent, high level of service in accordance with Park's Serving More Standards. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Other duties as assigned Competencies Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills Written and Verbal Communication Ability to understand and follow directions Adaptable to change Basic Computer Skills Ability to build collaborative relationships Ability to work as part of a team Organizational Skills/Detail Oriented Able to Multi-Task or Juggle Priorities Problem/Situation Analysis Physical Requirements This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information. Additional Information The candidate selected for this position will work scheduled onsite hours from a designated Park National Bank office in any of Park's regions. Schedule includes a Saturday rotation. Must obtain and maintain active Remote Notary certification in state of residence. Qualifications Education High School (required) Experience 2 - 4 years: Consumer lending or digital retail banking experience required. (required) 4 - 6 years: Retail banking experience required.
