Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of the order-to-cash process while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role falls within a dynamic and fast-paced workplace that relies heavily on effective communication and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately key in both verbal and written orders after verifying content

• Ensure all necessary orders are entered in the system within the daily deadlines

• Process all documents related to billing, including credits and delivery confirmations

• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in the order-to-cash process

• Maintain files for all order-to-cash transactions and their supporting documents

• Engage with others in meeting daily and periodic deadlines

• Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned

• Use strong customer focus to enhance the overall customer experience

• Utilize Microsoft Windows and intermediate Excel skills in daily tasks

• Research and resolve order-to-cash related problems as they arise

• Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Proven experience in a Customer Service role

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Excellent Phone Etiquette

• Strong Computer Skills

• Ability to perform Computer Data Entry tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of patience and problem-solving ability

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Willingness to continuously improve customer service skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
