Design and lead companywide process to optimize resources, increase profit and quality of products. Drive manufacture engineering best practice across all plants. Maintain quality system compliant with current version of ISO 9001 standard. Serve as engineering representative during 2

party audits to improve customer satisfaction and reduce internal and external cost of quality. Manage laboratories and ensure Quality Technicians follow company engineering protocol and procedures during production. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data. Present reports and metrics to senior management. Record and investigate customer complaints using various root cause analyses to implement permanent corrective actions.

Req. Bach. deg. in chem. or ind. engineering or rel. + min. 2 yrs. quality assurance exp. within manufacturing process.
