We are looking to add aIT Systems Specialistwho will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!

What you will be doing:

• Design, install and support systems and assess the effectiveness of technology existing and proposed. Determine and account for practicality of changes and modifications.

• Develop new strategies and IT procedures to solve problems, increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve employee or client satisfaction.

• Protect employee and client data from outside infiltration through all practical means.

• Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.

• Work with end users to identify and deliver required service levels.

• Construct, install, configure, test and maintain customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.

• Collaborate with support technicians and specialists to ensure efficient operation of the company’s computing environment.

• Monitor and maintain on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair as needed.

• Aid in development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, maintain current knowledge of plan executables, and respond to crises in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

What we are looking for:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related computer field plus 3 years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination.

• Additional appropriate industry certifications (ie: Microsoft) a plus

• Experience with diverse software and hardware is preferred (SQL, API, C#, and ops Manager)

• Excellent technical understanding and data processing skills

• Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficient in presenting technical information through verbal and written communications and presentations

• Possess a valid drivers licenses and reliable transportation as travel to various job sites may be required.

• Experience with ERP or major Accounting system
