With over 90 locations and more than 4,000 employees, Tecta is Roofing Redefined We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator at our Customer Solutions Center in Mankato, MN. The Customer Service Coordinator will deliver customer service support to both internal and external clients according to their needs. The Coordinator will act as a point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and service orders from both internal and external customers. Job Functions: Create, schedule and maintain all service work orders. Provide customer service to internal and external customers. Establish and maintain customer accounts by recording relevant information. Handle and process all incoming service calls and emails from internal and external customers. Engage potential customers by answering service-related questions and offering information about additional services. Investigate and resolve problems relating to all areas of responsibility, gather and analyze information to determine appropriate actions. Assist with sales opportunities that arise from service requests. Plan, organize, and set objectives and goals for assigned projects. Support local offices with process guidance, training, and communication. Perform other related duties as assigned. Monitor a rotating on-call phone and schedule requests accordingly. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Construction/Roofing industry knowledge/experience is a plus Prior customer service experience working in a call center Problem Solving Ability with the ability to manage difficult customer situations Self-motivated and strong initiative for learning and quick implementation Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees in a team-oriented environment High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred Tecta America offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, etc. Tecta America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
