rAbout This Role:

Welcome prospective students and families to K-State by being the face of the welcome center. Assist in oversight of daily campus visit activities while providing excellent customer service. Assist the Engagement Team with administrative tasks and oversee front desk operations.

What You\'ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Six months relevant experience

Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
  • Three-four years of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work.
  • Experience with student information systems.
  • Ability to maintain shifting priorities.
  • Previous work experience/training in student affairs.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
