Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Kingston, NH Job Type: Per Diem Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM Pay Rate: $30 to 35 an hour

Job Overview:

Interim HealthCare in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Private Duty care team in Kingston, NH. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring
• Communicate with the healthcare team (physician, nurse practitioner, case manager)
• Offer emotional support and comfort to the patient
• Provide catheter care
• Administer G-tube feedings and medications according to the care plan
• Respond to and manage seizures or other medical emergencies

Job Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
• One year of pediatric experience within the last five years preferred
• Home care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification (monthly renewal classes offered and paid for by Interim HealthCare)
• Ability to administer and manage G-tube feedings and medications
