Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator at our Manchester, New Hampshire location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining accurate records, and addressing employee inquiries. This opportunity is within the non-profit organization sector and requires a detailed-oriented individual proficient in various skills including 401k - RRSP Administration, About Time, Accounting Functions, Workday HRIS, Manual Checks, and Benefits Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all payroll-related activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll.

• Executing the payroll process in a timely and accurate manner.

• Collaborating with various departments to address and resolve payroll-related issues.

• Continual improvement and maintenance of payroll systems and processes.

• Administration of benefits and 401k - RRSP.

• Conducting regular checks and audits to ensure accuracy of records.

• Utilizing Workday HRIS for efficient payroll management.

• Processing manual checks as and when required.

• Performing general accounting functions related to payroll. Requirements • Proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Workday HRIS

• Ability to process Manual Checks

• Expertise in Benefits Administration
