Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and stock finished goods in cold/dry storage
• Stage daily pick-ups and work orders
• Perform cycle counts and report to Fulfillment Manager
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile with data systems
• Process shipping documentation and coordinate carrier pick-ups
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and shipping regulations
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and shipping area
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Experience with operations platforms (NetSuite preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years Forklift experience
• Freezer experience is a plus!
• Strong oral, written, and team communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Self-motivated with integrity and relationship-building skills
• Adaptable, independent thinker, and team player in a fast-paced environment
