Robert Half Corporate Paralegal in Manchester, New Hampshire

Description

Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking several Corporate Paralegals in southern NH for a favorite client. The position involves providing comprehensive in-house support, predominantly concerning the handling of business-oriented legal matters and corporate related documents. The successful individual will work directly under the supervision of the Corporate Department Chair.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assigning tasks and distributing case files to paralegals, ensuring completion within set timeframes.

  • Providing research assistance and training support to fellow Corporate paralegals.

  • Displaying comprehensive knowledge and experience in order to achieve departmental targets.

  • Creating fresh, imaginative solutions to complex tasks while maintaining a wide latitude for independent decision making.

  • Reporting directly to the chair of the Corporate department.

    Requirements

  • At least an Associate Degree, although a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) or the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA).

  • Minimum of five years of experience in entity formation, business transactions, and corporate governance.

  • Capable of task delegation and client file supervision.

  • Proven integrity and a dedication to client satisfaction.

  • Exceptional organizational and file management skills.

  • A strong attention to detail, especially in relation to proofreading.

  • Superior written and verbal communication capabilities.

  • Adaptability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

  • Professional management of confidential client information.

  • Self-motivated and hard-working individual with a team-first mentality.

  • Display of professionalism and good judgment, particularly in high-pressure situations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Outlook, and electronic file management software.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
