In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring each team member is not just equipped but truly inspired to advance the future of flight.   • Act as a Partner to executives, leaders and employees across multiple organizations, providing expert guidance that aligns with the overall organizational success.

  • Approach challenges with creativity and a focus on positive, employee-friendly alternatives instead on simple refusals.

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions, from performance management and compensation to talent development and employee relations.

  • Advise leadership on talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, leading initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.

  • Develop and deliver HR programs and training to support employee development.

  • Stay up to date on employment law and regulations and ensure compliance within the assigned teams.

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal HR team members, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HR Operations.

  • While the role is primarily strategic, be open to supportive various administrative tasks as needed.

    Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in a HR role, with at least 3 years in a HR Business Partner role demonstrating a strong background in managing full HR life cycle.

  • Proven experience in coaching leaders and managing complex employee relation issues.

  • Deep expertise in talent management and development, including succession planning and leadership development.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at any level.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with leading and communicating through organizational change.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.

  • US Person

  • Up to 25% travel required.

    Preferred Requirements

  • HR Certification preferred.

    Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in office environment consistently.

  • Fine manipulation, such as typing.

  • Ability to work at a desk 8 hours daily.

  • Lifting of normal office equipment, such as laptops and files.

    Salary Range (Annualized USD)

  • Minimum Range: $92,000.00 to $164,000.00
