Server - 4 fulltime, temporary, peak load (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/25 - 11/1/25.

Employer: Winged Foot Golf Club, Inc., 851 Fenimore Rd., Mamaroneck, NY 10543.

Duties: Serve food, water, soft drinks & alcoholic beverages. Present menus, take orders, relay order to kitchen. Complete side work, clear tables, carry dishes from dining room to kitchen, keep station areas clean. Supply clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes in dining room. Assist with set-up, cleaning, opening/closing of restaurant/food and beverage area. May be required to perform duties in an outdoor environment, at banquet events, or serve customers via golf cart. May perform other reasonable job related duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: Pre-hire background check, carried out equally between the U.S. workers and the H-2B workers. Must be available to work split-shifts, nights, weekends & holidays as needed. Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 25 lbs or more, and walk or stand for long periods of time. Professional appearance, able to communicate in English.

RATE OF PAY: This is a tipped position. The hourly salary for the position (combined $11.00 base plus gratuity) will be no less than Offered Wage Rate. Any shortfall in the hourly salary will be covered by the employer if the worker does not meet the Offered Wage Rate and OT Wage Rate.

No education or experience needed required.

Work Hours: Varies Sun-Sat, hours vary 7am-11pm for a total of 35 hours/wk at $24.45hr. Must be available to work split-shifts, nights, weekends & holidays as needed. Possible OT at $36.68/hr.

Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company's sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill or tenure.

Employer provided housing with utilities available for a weekly deduction of $25.70. Employer provides 1 meal per day at no cost.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Thursday. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer will provide and launder uniforms at no cost to worker.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
