About the Role

As a Quality & Compliance Associate, you will coordinate activities for a team responsible for identifying cross-segment business opportunities to improve business performance and client service.

This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do

Provide a routine oversight of a client's stated requirements, implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.

Review periodic training metric reports, present them and advise on the company's compliance through detailed reports.

Work with subject-matter guides to implement course creation, revision, and periodic compliance reviews.

Assess company operations and regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.

Assist with leader-led and on-the-job training courses and ensure remediation is provided to employees.

Capture and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.

Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. Must have an appropriate license and/or certification where required by law.

A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
