Insight Global Project Engineer in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join the Engineering & Maintenance team of a leading pharmaceutical client. This role is pivotal in supporting the development of a new pilot plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, and startup of purification equipment, including support equipment and associated utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the implementation of design, installation, and startup of purification equipment.

-Assist with facility and HVAC design.

-Develop and execute Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) protocols.

-Support overall project design development for the engineering team.

-Manage design, planning, and scheduling tasks.

-Handle risk management, addressing issues, delays, and ensuring project completion.

Equipment Includes:

-Single Use Mixers

-Single Use Chromatography Skids

-Single Use Depth Filtration Skid

-Stainless Steel & Single Use UFDF Skids

-Single Pass TFF Skid

-Solvent/Detergent Inactivation Tanks

-AWFI Skid

-In-Line Conditioning Skid for buffer delivery to process skids

-Single Use Assembly design

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelors degree in Engineering

-5-10 years of experience working within GMP environments

-Strong understanding of purification equipment and associated utilities Single Use Mixers, Single Use Chromatography Skids, Single Use Depth Filtration Skid, Stainless Steel & Single Use UFDF Skids, Single Pass TFF skids, Solvent/Detergent Inactivation Tank(s), AWFI Skid, In-Line Conditioning Skid for buffer delivery to process skids, Single Use Assembly design

-Experience working within facility/HVAC design

-Excellent project management and risk management skills -Experience working within GMP pharmaceutical environment null
