Pricing Manager

Position Description

Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing all pricing administration and rebate processes for the CertainTeed Insulation business. Additional responsibilities include overseeing, analyzing and making recommendations on sales administration, process improvements, rebate and price exception processes, ensuring alignment to ICRF, and supporting the overall pricing strategy and special projects. In this role you will be expected to

• Liaison with customers as requested in alignment with CertainTeed Corporation and Saint-Gobain Principles of Conduct and Actions.

• Manage and develop a team of pricing specialists and analysts in support of the Insulation business unit.

• Ensure data accuracy through alignment of pricing and rebate process with Internal Control Requirements (ICRF).

• Monitor rebate programs and financial accruals related to rebates.

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Pricing and rebate experience required

• 3-5 years supervisory or managerial experience required

• SAP experienced preferred

• Salesforce and PriceFx experience are a plus but not required

• Strong team building aptitude

• Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel experiences are required

• Effective analytical and presentation skills are preferred

Additional Description

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

• 5+ years experience in pricing & rebate management

• 3+ years experience in supervisory or managerial capacity

• Minimal Travel requirements
