Our client is looking for a Houseman to attend to the common spaces (not guest rooms) with integrity and attention to detail.  The ideal candidate will be an independent worker but will be part of the team.  The duties are including but not limited to cleaning/dusting/maintaining all of the common spaces along with the bathrooms, stairwells, laundry area, breakfast area, pool area, outside parking lot, dumpster pad, front office areas(back and front of the house), etc.

Houseman Responsibilities:

• Ensure all main areas are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
• Take care of reasonable complaints/requests with integrity and patience
• Adhere closely to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

What we look for in a Houseman:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• A focus on guests and friendly attitude
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail needed
• Knowledge of English language, SPANISH SPEAKING OKAY
