Data Analyst, Specialist (The Vanguard Group, Inc. / Malvern, PA) -- Collaborate with Digital Experience Team to align analytics initiatives with our business strategy and objectives; drive goal-setting process, guiding team in establishing measurable targets that support organizational goals; translate business requirements into analytical project approaches, leading complex projects to optimize digital experience for financial advisors; conduct advanced data analysis to provide actionable insights and forecast trends based on historical web analytics data; oversee acquisition and integration of structured and unstructured digital data, ensuring its quality, accuracy, and sharing knowledge, processes, and best practices with team; provide informal leadership within team, offering tactical and strategic guidance to peers to foster collaboration and ensure project success; lead and participate in special projects related to web data, showcasing adaptability and leadership skills; develop and deliver expert-level visualizations and internal presentations to communicate analytic insights effectively; own and manage recurring analytic or reporting processes specific to digital data, ensuring consistency and reliability; actively contribute to development of web analytics community; mentor, coach, and connect team members with resources and training to enhance their skills and capabilities. Requires Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related IT field and two years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Software Developer and/or Data Analyst; or Bachelor's and five years of experience. Background in education, training or experience must include proficiency in Adobe marketing solutions including Analytics, Target, Experience Platform and Launch; advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis; experience with Data visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI; demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor peers effectively. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.
