Description

We are offering a role in the High Tech - Electronics industry, located in MALVERN, Pennsylvania. The position is for a Customer Experience Specialist, operating primarily onsite. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to maintain and organize customer data.

• Promptly answer inbound calls, providing a high level of customer service.

• Manage written communication with customers, ensuring all information is accurate and clearly conveyed.

• Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify areas of improvement in the customer experience.

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

• Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience.

• Collaborate with various teams to streamline customer service processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements • Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role within the high tech - electronics industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Proven track record of effectively answering inquiries and inbound calls

• Excellent written communication skills

• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and perform under pressure

• Proven record of punctuality and reliability

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
