Saint-Gobain Creative Operations Project Manager in MALVERN, Pennsylvania

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, with a dotted line to the Creative Director, the Creative Operations Project Manager is responsible for managing the CertainTeed / Saint-Gobain operational plans of marketing communications campaign assets, creative projects and processes from start to finish, including workback schedule timelines, workflows and internal/external stakeholders communication with the goals of 1) streamlining complex creative processes; 2) reducing bottlenecks; 3) enabling efficient production of high bar creative, flawlessly executed; 4) mastering trafficking and 5) ensuring on-time delivery.-

We are seeking a team player, big-picture thinker, problem-solver and creative professional to join the Corporate Marketing organization in a role that requires a strong understanding of marketing, brands and product design with the ability to juggle multiple different creative projects at once, and ensure our creative team is resources appropriately to tackle and deliver.

The position demands project management skills and people’s mind-set to improve team communication, collaboration and remove roadblocks. A professional capable of utilizing a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills to help keep our deliverables on track, while ensuring our creative team morale is up an adherence to brand standards and creative deadlines are met.

The candidate should have a track record of operating collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and proven experience working with product managers, marketing and advertising teams from road mapping through delivery.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the internal creative team, and/ or agency partners ensuring projects are kicked off accurately and contain all the information needed so they can be delivered on time and within budget.

  • Drive large, CertainTeed creative assets forward that have multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, multiple dependencies, and many moving parts.

  • Manage new creative intakes from our 7 internal business units for integrated marketing campaigns or collateral& ad-hoc request, build the workback schedules, set the resource allocation ensuring right creative talent is in place to execute, prioritize tasks for milestone completion, monitor/adjust due to scope and timing shifts while ensuring traffic is optimal and assets delivered on time.

  • Build, develop, implement and/or optimize current Monday.com process workflows and foundations from the ground up, and manage priorities and bandwidth to optimize resourcing to support a growing marketing team to maximize creative production.

  • Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners while resolving blocks that impede progress.

  • Use persuasive communication to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback. Proactive in problem solving and effective information distribution.

  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Proactively assess risk, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger teams.

  • Ensure all creative outputs meet high-quality standards and brand guidelines.

  • Optimize SOP’s as needed meeting uniqueness of each campaign or ask requirement

  • Own our management platform, promote its use and facilitate internal adoption and education of current Integrated Marketing team SOPs

  • Monitor and report back volume load, creative teams capacity and aid prioritization or de-prioritization as needed working very closely with the account and campaign manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in in communications, business- related field such us business administration, operations management or relevant experience in the required field.

  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a creative, design studio or advertising agency environment.-Be proficient in project management methodologies and tools, and have strong e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp etc. required.

  • 2+ years of experience in creative, marketing, or design project / program management, preferably within a high-growth startup company.

  • 2+ years of experience handling creative operations complexity and navigating ambiguity with teams on large-scale 0 to 20+ projects at once from concept to execution.

  • Proven experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
