GlobalFoundries U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sr Engineer Integration & Yield, in Malta, NYJob Duties: Responsible for ensuring that customer programs are executed accurately and timely by providing excellent customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Plan, monitor, and control the overall project plan and risk analysis to ensure that all deliverables are met on time. Execute and improve the systems to monitor the success of customer programs and prototypes in the fabs. Implement and enhance the systems to process and manage customer interfaces (such as customer requests, meetings, visits, complaints, and feedback) with timely closed-loop response. Apply and improve procedures to effectively communicate to customers on fab major technical and quality issues to mitigate exposure and proactively address customers’ expectations. Coordinate problem resolution. Responsible for customer escalation and communication to ensure customer satisfaction and attainment of agreed upon goals. Participate with other departments in achieving corporate management’s business objectives and initiatives.Minimum requirements: Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 2 years post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering related job titles. Applicant must possess at least 2 years of experience in the following: (1) multi-project wafer logistics coordination from customer requirements to silicon wafer fabrication completion and delivery; (2) multi-project wafer business workflows for documenting and implementing customer device and process requirements; (3) engaging with customers for business workflow and logistics coordination; (4) manufacturing and logistics systems used in a semiconductor manufacturing facility; (5) using SiView Applications, including Standard Material Manager applications and Standard Specification Manager applications; (6) silicon fabrication logistics procedures including starting, removing and shipping wafers into and out of the manufacturing facility; (7) coordinating on cross-manufacturing logistics; and (8) program management to plan, monitor and control the overall project plan and risk analysis to ensure all deliverables are met on time and first time prototype success.Submit resume to: https://gf.com/careers/ REQ JR-2500157
Minimum Salary: 94,648 Maximum Salary: 115,500 Salary Unit: Yearly
