Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Malibu, California, 90265, United States. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be immersed in the real estate industry and will play a key role in the management of financial transactions and record keeping. Your responsibilities will primarily include processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and utilizing Yardi software for tracking and managing financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices and manage vendor relations in a high-volume setting.

• Utilize Yardi software for effective tracking and management of financial transactions.

• Generate accurate financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting tasks.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure all transactions are processed correctly and in compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and vendors, demonstrating articulate and professional communication skills.

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable.

• Streamline invoicing processes to ensure timely payments.

• Uphold the financial integrity of the company through diligent management of financial transactions.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts.

• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a related field

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Coding Invoices and Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Yardi software REQUIRED

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
