Envista Holdings Corporation Manufacturing Support Operator - 2nd Shift in Mahwah, New Jersey

Job Description:

PURPOSE

The Manufacturing Support Operator will work to maintain a perpetually clean work area, comply with safety standards, locate parts and tools and other tasks to help improve workflows.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) tasks and duties

  • Responsible for cleaning production machines

  • Maintain an orderly work flow.

  • Assist operators with the retrieval of items necessary for production

Job Requirements:

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • GED, High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of work experience.

  • Knowledge of cleaning fluids and other hazardous chemicals is preferred.

Critical Skills/technical know-how:

  • Ability to work with a variety of power tools

  • Comfortable operating mechanical equipment

  • Able to complete basic maintenance tasks

  • Able to assemble new equipment

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Well organized and structured personality with strict follow up routines.

  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Must be willing to work in shifts according to the plant’s actual model.

  • Must be willing to work overtime depending on business demands.

  • Must be able to stand, walk and bend for 8 hours during work time

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$14.80 - $26.00 per hour
