JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Flag Football Referee works under the general direction and supervision of the Recreation Supervisor and is responsible for officiating scheduled flag football games coordinated by the Parks and Recreation Department. This is a seasonal position working on Saturdays in the months of September and October. Typical Saturday hours are 9:00 am -1:00 pm. Depending on the number of travel league games hosted each week, the number of games worked varies anywhere from 2-4 per Saturday. This posting will remain open until filled. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Knowledge of the game of flag football or the desire to learn the sport .
