This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and development of complex drawings using BIM technology for structural, architectural, and mechanical systems. Come join Findorff as a Virtual Design Construction Co-Op this Spring/Summer (January 2025 - August 2025) or Summer/Fall (June 2025 - December 2025). NETWORKING: Technical Tour Tuesday (designed for Co-ops, Interns, and new employees to explore other job sites and learn about interesting aspects of different projects-and have tacos!) Visit other job sites (see projects from other sectors: Education, Science/Tech, Corporate or Healthcare) Offsite events (Findorff helps organize multiple events for Co-ops/Interns so you can network with other students on different projects.) QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: Strong communication and organizational skills Able to work independently and on a team. Must have some technical knowledge of BIM related software, including, but not limited to Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, and/or Revit MEP, Navisworks, 3ds Max, and Sketch Up Open to college students pursuing an associate or undergraduate degree (traditional or nontraditional) in architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Construction-related experience and/or mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience is a plus for this position. Diversity matters.
